You could keep the original parts and return to stock. Most buyers would prefer the after market stereo anyway.
That’s what I thought initially but then I saw you have to cut into the plastic separating the radio from the ac unit. Not sure what that part is and if it’s easily replaced if someone wants to go back to stock.
On the Sony radio shown you don’t have to cut anything, the main frame of radio is actually single din with double din screen

i do still have every stock jeep part in my garage in california! my grandfather collects cars and has always told me to keep cars stock, or at best keep the original parts, but he mainly preached the stock part lol
As folks here know, I couldn't possibly care less about bluetooth, and wouldn't have a screen in my dash on a bet - BUT - there's about 3 people on the planet that would care about a stock stereo, and I'm NOT one of them. Install what you like - stereos are disposable, replaceable, upgradeable - if a buyer doesn't like whatever stereo is in the vehicle, s/he can change it! Build your Jeep for you, not for the next guy - besides, the stereo is about the last thing I look at when evaluating a vehicle!
