Hi, I just stumbled on to this site and really like the “How To and Resouce” sections as well as the forums as compared to others.
I‘ve been into Jeeps for years from Cj’s to TJ’s although mostly trail riders and beach cruisers and can do light mechanical but I’m no master mechanic. Currently have a lightly used 04 Rubicon and just bought a 04 LJ with 60k miles that has been sitting for over a year and in rough condition, mostly cosmetic, but no rust anywhere. So, I’ll be asking a lot of questions while getting the LJ fixed up.

Happy New Year to all,

Congrats on the LJ purchase. Now lets see some pics of your Jeeps.

Happy New Year & welcome to the forum! My first recommendation would be to absorb as much info as you can, asking any question you have.
Second recommendation is to start out with new fluid in all the usual places.

Welcome! I am pretty new too. For me the cool part of this site is getting help from others and eventually getting enough knowledge of your jeep to chime into conversations. So many things to learn!
