Looks good, Valvoline's a good choice, and yes all ATF+4 products are synthetic.. Doing your transmission?
Yeah just need to get more bottles to do a flush. I saw the write up and it looks pretty easy. Now I need to decide if I should order a pan or clean up the stock one and just get a filter and gasket.
I'd just clean up the pan's seating surfaces and use Mopar Automatic style RTV to seal it, not a gasket. https://www.morris4x4center.com/rtv-sealant-mopar-5010884aa-m.html is what the factory uses and what I'll be using to seal my pan in a few weeks after completing some transmission repairs. Yep replace that filter while you're in there, it's an easy job.
If you need some hints on flushing your particular transmission, let me know.

If you have any pointers I would like to hear them. Right now my only concern is if I can do it without lifting the jeep. I do fit underneath it. I have jack stands but no jack. If I need a jack I can use a hi lift jack right? I might as well order one of those instead of a floor jack.

NO, do not use a Hi-Lift. They're just too dangerous and unstable, especially when you'll be under the Jeep as you will be for this job. I even stopped carrying my Hi-Lift 15 years ago. It's not needed for changing tires, the OE bottle jack does fine with 35" tires and can even change up to 37" tires in a pinch. Keep in mind the OE factory jack should be placed under the axle when changing a tire.
For a full flush you need 9 (maybe 10 if it's really dirty) quarts of ATF+4. That Mopar Automatic transmission type (resistant to ATF) RTV is far more expensive at the dealer, I had to pay over $20 the last time I couldn't wait and had to buy it at the dealership. Better to order it now from Amazon or that site I recommended. Make sure it says either for ATF or for an automatic transmission as there are many different types of RTV. Mopar's is very good & what I would recommend though Permatex also makes an RTV for ATF/automatic transmissions if you get in a pinch.
If you really want to use a gasket instead of RTV, make sure to avoid cork gaskets. The Mopar gasket p/n is 4295875. The Mopar filter p/n is 3515996. Or buy both together at https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GUSA72M/?tag=wranglerorg-20
The filter will also be much more expensive from the dealership. I'd get it from Amazon.com or similar.
I don't think I've ever done a flush with an unlifted Jeep but you should be able to get the skidplate off & get the pan on & off without lifting it. Support the transmission with a jack stand before removing the skidplate. The skidplate is what holds the rear support point of the engine/transmission/transfer case assembly so when that is removed, there's nothing holding it at the rear so do use a jack stand to hold the rear up before removing the skidplate.
I remove the pan and replace the filter first, see the photo below. Then after cleaning the RTV seating surfaces, apply a 1/8" bead of the RTV all the way around, including circling the bolt holes. Keep the RTV away from the inside edge of the pan so it doesn't fall off into the pan. After sealing and reinstalling the pan add 4 quarts of fresh ATF+4 (don't use any other type) to replace the ATF lost to the pan having been removed.
To flush the system, connect a 3/8 I.D. rubber drain hose to the passenger side transmission cooler port on the radiator, place the other end of that hose into a bucket that can hold at least ten quarts. Once that hose is in the bucket so it won't flip out once ATF starts pouring out, start the engine with the transmission in Park. Place a small funnel into the transmission's dipstick tube opening. Once you're ready to start the flushing process, have a helper shift the transmission into Neutral which will start the transmission pumping ATF out into the bucket. Feed fresh ATF+4 into the transmission's dipstick tube via the funnel at the same rate it is pouring out into the bucket. Once the ATF pouring into the bucket turns bright clear red, the system is flushed and you can shift into Park to stop the flow.
Once you have replaced the cooling system hose back onto its port on the bottom of the radiator, start the engine and shift back into Neutral to start the pump and check the ATF level. Add more fresh ATF+4 until it has reached the top full mark on the dipstick. Keep in mind the engine must be running and the transmission must be in Neutral for all ATF level checks.
Here's a photo of your 32RH's filter you'll be replacing, it's only held in with screws with 5/16" hex head bolts so it's easily replaced. This is my previous TJ's 32RH which I loved and still miss.

I just added a note at the top of my above post about NOT using the Hi-Lift jack for this job. You can use the OE bottle jack to support the transmission, you may have to place a couple 2x4's under it but I think it'll be tall enough.
