Ok was working on the kids 2000 TJ, battery tray is out right now so battery is just sitting on bracket, installing new led lights with halo's , testing what wire is what for turn and parking lights, heard a loud pop now no power what so ever. Battery has 12.4 volts, fuse box beside battery has 7.7 volts, nothing works now radio , lights nothing. Anyone have any thoughts please.......................

That pop was most definitely a fuse. The question is, which fuse... I'd go through all of the power related fuses and check them all with a bright LED flashlight to inspect for any blown ones. It's definitely a fuse.
Ok, I will see what I can find, not to sound dumb but start on panel beside battery or behind glovebox? It was pretty noticeable pop also.
Off the top of my head, I can't recall. Anytime I need to check fuses, I open up the Factory Service Manual (FSM) and look at the fuse diagrams in there. It labels the fuses under the hood and behind the glove box.

I would open it up and see if you can find the diagrams. I'm on my mobile device, otherwise I'd be of more help if I was at my desktop computer!
Start by looking under the PDC lid. Power throughout the vehicle is distributed from this point.
Well sadly I do not have a manual, but good news is whatever it was reset itself and now I have power. Thanks for the info and help
