Guess it depends what emission cert your jeep is. If that fuse is fuse 12 or 16 that would help.
I did just have an ASD issue. Bad one. Long story short replaced the wire from fuse block, both sides of harness, and behind the valve cover.Fuse 16? If that's the case sounds like you have a problem with the ASD relay/circuit.

I'm no longer getting 19v. So I'm not sure if that was a operator error or just a crazy spike. Im leaning towards operator error especially since 2 gauges never moved.... I'm clueless on that one, especially now since it won't go over 13.5 and that with rpms around 1200.either which way a draw doesn't explain 19v at the battery. If your battery was dead due to the draw, I would expect more than 13v with the engine running.
Maybe you could post up pictures showing all of "the big 7"
Perfectly normal with a non-dead battery. A fully charged battery will measure 12.6v without the engine running.since it won't go over 13.5 and that with rpms around 1200.

I also disconnected ASD jcase fuse and amps dropped to .02
Disconnected relay zero change still a big draw
Not sure how I could have bypassed this, but I'll have to dig deeper then.If you remove the ASD relay and you still have a draw on these circuits, sounds you like bypassed your ASD relay during your previous repair
Even while running? My gauges used to be at 13.7-14.4 volts while running. That was also with my old battery, non agm. If that makes a difference. I'm going to track those wires tomorrow and see what's all going on! Thank you for all the help so far, hopefully the FSM can get me through the wiring headache.take a look at 8w-30-2. The ASD relay coil should only be getting voltage in the start-run position. The PCM grounds the coil. If you removed the ASD and still had a draw on these circuits that's telling me either the switch side of the relay is bypassed or the dg/pk wire is shorted to 12v.
