19 volts to battery

Guess it depends what emission cert your jeep is. If that fuse is fuse 12 or 16 that would help.
 
either which way a draw doesn't explain 19v at the battery. If your battery was dead due to the draw, I would expect more than 13v with the engine running.

I'm no longer getting 19v. So I'm not sure if that was a operator error or just a crazy spike. Im leaning towards operator error especially since 2 gauges never moved.... I'm clueless on that one, especially now since it won't go over 13.5 and that with rpms around 1200.
 
So the ASD relay should only be energized when the PCM tells it to be. Sounds like you need to TS why the ASD relay is energized with the key off.
 
O2 fuse is #16 in the PDC.

I also disconnected ASD jcase fuse and amps dropped to .02

Disconnected relay zero change still a big draw

If you remove the ASD relay and you still have a draw on these circuits, sounds you like bypassed your ASD relay during your previous repair
 
Perfectly normal with a non-dead battery. A fully charged battery will measure 12.6v without the engine running.
Even while running? My gauges used to be at 13.7-14.4 volts while running. That was also with my old battery, non agm. If that makes a difference. This was also before my ASD fuse issue I had on the trail.
 
Not sure how I could have bypassed this, but I'll have to dig deeper then.

take a look at 8w-30-2. The ASD relay coil should only be getting voltage in the start-run position. The PCM grounds the coil. If you removed the ASD and still had a draw on these circuits that's telling me either the switch side of the relay is bypassed or the dg/pk wire is shorted to 12v.

I'm going to track those wires tomorrow and see what's all going on! Thank you for all the help so far, hopefully the FSM can get me through the wiring headache.

As I mentioned above that voltage from the alternator is normal when the battery is charged. The voltage only goes higher when the battery is low and needs charging.

Awesome! Thank you! Just wanted to make sure I didn't need a new alternator especially since this one is only 6ish months old

So more troubleshooting....

In the fuse box. I have been testing things.

ASD relay (relay 29) the 2 vertical pins far right both have power to them(key off). The wires on the back are red/white (ASD) and green pink (O2).

Not sure if they are supposed to be getting power in the off position. The fsm just says b+ power
