No crank issue after dead battery

My brother has a 1998 wrangler Sahara, purchased used two years ago. The battery went dead, put charger on, battery now back to full charge. Issue is: not able to crank engine. Headlights bright, gauges and all other electrical works, just wont crank. Replaced ign switch and ignition pin module. Pin module was not broken, still no crank.
This vehicle has a small RED light on top left of dash and a speaker horn under hood. Red light is now flashing with key in on postition. This appears to be an aftermarket security system. Cant find any brand name or info anywhere on the web re this system. This does not use a SKIM key. Jeep will start and run if pushed (5 speed). Anyone have a similar security system, or resolve to this NO crank issue? Thank you ahead of time!

If you're not an electrical guy that can troubleshoot electrical circuits I'd take it to an automotive alarm installer and have him figure it out.

After an afternoon of removing the dash, knee panel and brace, we found that an EVS 2 (dealer option) security system had been installed. We found the hidden overide switch (with broken/missing knob), computer box and antenna. We have removed the system, but still no crank. We have a few spliced wires to investigate. Signal wire to starter solenoid should be one of them. Progress slow but positive.

Thank you for the reference! Identified the wire from the ign switch to the Alarm harness which controlled the NO START issue. That wire was redirected going to the Clutch Safety Switch which prevented cranking the engine. Your help is much appreciated.
