Having no crank, fuel and battery gauge dont rise when turn key on, already changed pcm, CPS key switch, actuator, and ignition module and all battery cables new battery, starter, iac and relays, no still nothing, any ideas??

Time to get a volt meter and tracing where the battery voltage stops instead of just throwing parts at it. An analog volt meter with a needle that swings up & down is a better type of meter for troubleshooting this type of problem. I'd start at where the battery connects to the power input stud located at the rear (battery side) of the Power Distribution Center. See what that voltage is with the ignition switch turned on. Or if you're uncomfortable using a volt meter get a 12 volt test light. Where there's 12 volts it will be lit at full brightness.

Also watch what the battery voltage does while a helper has the ignition switch turned to the Start position. Does it stay at 12 volts or does it fall off dramatically?
