No dash lights with headlights on

So my 98 TJ was doing fine wiring wise until I changed my heater core yesterday. Once back together and I cranked it up I realized that the dash lights didn’t work and when I turn headlights on the gauges drop. It also shows both turn indicators on dash at same time. Any ideas? I have been searching for something I left unplugged and find nothing. Thanks
 
First thought with multiple issues present, is a ground issue. Give a good look at those points/ connections. These are some electrical diagrams in the FSM portion of the forum to assist.
