Noise on Deceleration After Re-Gear

The nut to the upper control arm that connects to the axle was missing. So I had to replace it.

Just to clarify the vibration tends to kick in at 65mph

Vibes at 65 can be tires so there's that. Your front driveshaft angle looks not good, because that's a DC at the transfer case the pinion should be aligned with the driveshaft. Pulling the shaft is normally the way to narrow this down. Personally I'd rotate the tires and check tire pressures as a first step. Loose control arms in the front will allow things to shake pretty easy.

Double cardin joint, it's like two universal joints together. You'll see it if you look at the transfer case end of the front driveshaft.
