NSS fuse bypass

I have a 2005 Wrangler Unlimited with automatic transmission. My NSS is going bad and I'm trying to figure out which fuse to change to 20amp to bypass the NSS but can't get an actual answer. My #20 fuse that everyone says to switch out is actually an extra fuse. Can anyone give me advise on this before she gets lit on fire?

I dunno if it works for the automatic too but this is in the Owner's Manual...

2. Put a 20 Amp fuse (optional) in the fuse block cavity
(f20) marked as Transmission.
NOTE: A fuse is provided in fuse block cavity (f19)
marked as Spare.
