Had a noise from the trans that I believed to be the throw out bearing. Dropped trans and noticed some side to side play in the input shaft. Signs that it contact bearing shaft. Hard to tell in video, but shaft appears to have been welded around the base at the flange. Not sure what to do at this point. Retaining shaft, TOB, clutch and send it or will this be an issue in the future? Jeeps new to me and has been like that since since I bought it. No maintenance history or anything.
