He Said warehouse option which means if you scroll down you'll see the used options from the warehouse. I personally have bought many things from amazon warehouse (used) at discounted prices and it's usually still new or box was damaged and it was returned.
I get that if you want open box / used.
When I clicked the link it was showing the new item for $8.XX and has since changed to full price. Amazon playing games.
Check the sensor closely when you get it. I ordered a Mopar IAC on a warehouse deal once. The box was Mopar but the sensor was not. I'm pretty sure someone ordered the Mopar, switched it with a cheap Chinese sensor, and returned it. I also tried a set of Yukon axles. The part number on the box was right but the axles were completely wrong. Fortunately Amazon is excellent with returns.
Reminds me of how Walmart used to be.

I have done the same many times. What almost always get is still new in an open box. Though once I got an open box of very used and very dirty ball joints that Amazon wouldn't let me return.
