Obd not connnected

i have bought this part

Jeep Wrangler TJ 2000 4.0 6cyl Manual Engine Computer ECU ECM PCM 56041653AF​

And i assembled it at my jeep but it doesnt work. After i try to assemble the computer at another tj jeep model 2002 and it enter to obd.

Note: i have bulid my tj jeep by myself maybe the wiring harness is not suitable for this computer? Which wiring harness i need?
