Edit: Sorry I just noticed it's also listed for sale on this site. Conversation said it's been Safe T Capped on the frame? I'm fairly new to Jeeps and I'm not sure if thats a deal breaker or not at 9k Obo

Frame is really important. Here is a black TJ manual in Virginia, one owner, $11.9k but no frame pics. All else looks good, but need more pics.

Thanks. I’ll take a look at that one. I’ve been searching high and low for months here in southern Maryland and there isn’t much of anything down in this portion of the state and anything in VA seems to sell within 5-6 days if it’s in good shape. I’ve been on the verge of just giving up for a while. It just takes so long to get anywhere from this part of the state. By the time I get to a weekend where I can afford to make a 2 hour each way trip, every TJ I’ve had my eye on gets sold. Thanks again.

Yeah, I know that feeling, and it feels damn good once you find the one you want....so don't settle for less and be patient.

If it good shape should be a steal. I read both good and bad things about his brand though, but once you touch/see them you will know for sure.
