Let all the air out of the tires and danced around not disconnecting or discharging the AC for an hour...finally wiggled everything out...then on a whim I pressed the valve on top of the compressor and it's dead empty...sigh...Ive had a new compressor sitting on a shelf for years...ordered a new condenser and receiver drier... probably need to buy some gauges. Neighbor has a vacuum pump. So with that I disconnected the lines and fully removed the front grill...man I should paint it...scope creep...stop. At least the path is clear...
Oh, yeah... engine is out...now let's pull the crank pulley and resume assembly of the new one.
