Ha probably not but at least it's working now. Personally, I stick with OE Mopar replacement parts for mission-critical parts like that. If it's a radiator, starter, water pump, etc. I won't use aftermarket parts. Especially not store-brands from places like Autozone. :)
 
Maybe, I had an AutoZone starter last nearly 24 hours. It did fail in a spectacular fashion by staying running - though not engaged to the flywheel and no key in the ignition. It stayed running until I found a wrench for the battery terminal. I love the smell of burnt brushes in the morning.

I hope yours lasts another 18!

X2 on that, the thing about learning from experience is you get the tests before the lessons. I have learned the hard way either OEM or Delco.
