Every now and then I get the p0431 code on my 05 Wrangler 4.0l. I only drive it about 5,000 miles a year. It usually goes off if I drive on the interstate for 30+ minutes. Might be 02 sensor Cats. If went off. I had to drive about 1.5hrs (80% 65+mph) away the other week and 1.5hrs back. While I was at my destination the p0431 came back on. So if it was something clogged or a little dirty should have been burned off or cleaned out. A day or two later when I start the jeep it revs high and has it warms up it starts to idle lower and to normal in about 5-10 min of driving. But now has a p0123 and a p0068 code with the p0431. It has been cold below 32° degrees during these times. Would all 3 of these issues be the same or 2 different issues? I haven't had time to check in details but nothing seemed off looking for a quick look. It drives fine, so no hesitation or bucking like some with TPS sensor issues. No rough idle, just near 2,000 rpm at start up, then as the engine warms up seems to come down below 1,000 rpm like normal. Or could that be bad gas? I usually always get gas at big brand stores that I believe sale gas fast enough to not have any gas issues.
