Did you test drive it before you hooked it up to take it home?
Yeah, I test drove it. Need more seat time. But maybe better. Not 100%.
They did find some issues in the diff though, so not a total waste.

I have an np231 with a sye in it sitting in the garage if it comes down to swapping parts.

Hub conversion won't help much if it's the rear drive shaft causing the vibes.
We got er home, so tomorrow I'll get some more seat time to see what's what.
Thanks to @starkey480's postings, I'm going to further investigate my drive shaft/pinion angles. I'm not real happy right now with the added noise the re-gear/Truetrak is making, so I will put 600 or so break in miles on it, pull the cover and check their work. My 3550 trany has always been noisy, but this new noise is not the trany.
Oh, and the vibes are the same, so it wasn't the rear end. At least now I know and can move on.
All these sad faces are making me, well, sad. I'm not giving up dudes. I've got way too much invested now. My wife is about ready to divorce me over this, lol!
I have TT limited slip front and rear and she rides as smooth as silk. I can't imagine its because of them. I am also at about 4" total lift if that is of any help. (2" springs + 3" of tummy tuck - 1" lopro trans mount =4" ) I also have a standard length SYE and rear adjustable control arms. (Hopes this helps)
Between @Alex01 and I, we can supply some extra parts. I have my rear DS still and I think I still have the original front DS.
