Passenger Seat Belt won't go in the receiver

The grey casing on my passenger side buckle receiver keeps sliding down. When it slides down, the seat belt buckle won't go in the receiver. If I slide the casing up, it works fine.

Does anyone have a solution for keeping the casing from sliding down?

Yes , pull it up, go to the base end , work gorilla glue into that end if you can . Worst case it can be riveted through the nylon , but I’m not sure of the safety affect to the belt.
