Passenger sun visor replacement: wrong fit? or wrong part?

Ive ordered this twice now and they dont fit each time — post is too long to fit in the framing receptacle.

Wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.

92-02 and 03-06 may be different due to the trim around the windshield. You might be ordering versions for 97-02 models. Just a guess.

I had the same issue with the aftermarket ones that the PO installed.
I was able to push them toward the mount and they now fit.

Those visors are not genuine, it doesnt surprise me that they dont fit.

Genuine OEM visors can be found on ebay and some other websites like amazon. They are not cheap.

had the same issue, till i completely fed up with returns and picked up a set from pull-a-part for $10
