I took a couple of hours yesterday and blacked out my grill. It took two cans to get 6 coats. I wanted it to be nice and thick. I think it came out pretty good for my first attempt at the Dip. I normally paint my grills, but this one looks like a pain in the butt. I have no expectations of it holding up for more than a year or two. But all it cost me was $10 in Plasti-Dip and a few hours of time.
