Play PSC big bore shaft

I recently installed a psc big bore w/ hydro assist into my 98 tj, however the box appears to have ~2-4 inches of play on the input shaft before the output/ pitman arm moves.

Will adjusting the hex screw on the lid of the box fix this? Or should I try and get ahold of PSC for a replacement box.

The box is the early tj box with the .210 torsion bar

Get hold of PSC, good people to work with.
Do not mess with that Hex screw on the lid. I think is written on the instructions somewhere as of why.

Call PSC they will take care of you. Some times parts fail. It’s how the company responds.
