Well, I use them for either actually. They are actually considered a flood light according to the description. I ordered them off eBay and they was pretty cheap and like most cheap leds, they interfere with the radio signal in my Jeep and for some reason mine gets a little moisture in them but it Doesn’t affect them any. I’ve had them submerged and they still work fine. I guess just a moisture thing and they are super bright. Seriously I tried but couldn’t find one, by far my favorite color I’m thinking one day I’ll paint it green – perhaps Army green in honor of my daughter, soon to be sworn in as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army, little super badass that she is
