I can agree with this, both in terms of comfort and the issues with the side bolster. I also had to add a cushion because the foam was so thin. I now have an Enduro High Back Recliner on the passenger side with a driver seat on order. The Enduro recliner is so much more comfortable.

Good to hear. I was leaning towards getting reclining seats. How are they for impact cushioning? My wife says the stock seats are too hard and needs something with better shock absorption.

I sat in my buddies DDs, the sides are way too high for my liking on a daily driver. The elite is more daily driving suited IMO. My buddy has a removable steering wheel which helps.
The foam in my driver seat wore out entirely. The passenger seat on the other hand was rarely used and still fairly comfortable, at least more so than the driver seat. The Enduro Recliner has a very thick cushion. The seat back also has good shoulder support so you don’t get tossed around.
Bestop trailmax ll. The bolster is lower, the bottom cushion is VERY firm and they fit good. They fit me great.
Surprisingly, those look really nice. I need a rear seat replacement, so now you have me looking at these!
That was another reason I went with bestop since they have a nice looking back seat with headrests. Of course every time I check they are shipping next month until next month they ship the next month. Hopping folks go back to work soon.

Ya but they got no race cred, and many of use need to look like racers to impress the toothless ladies at the trails.
Good luck on that. As much as I am a fan of Bestop, their Chinese-made seat quality is terrible. They actually replaced my driver's seat twice under warranty, it's made from such shitty materials, especially the foam bolstering, that it's ridiculous. They looked great in the beginning but it didn't take long for them to start coming apart under the seat covering.
I replaced my previous Bestop Trailmax seats with my present PRP seats and the boost in quality is nothing short of dramatic.
Before and after photos. My previous Bestop Trailmax seats were covered with Bestop's seat covers since they started looking so crappy. The foam cushions, especially the bolstering, had collapsed under the covers on both the original and replacements.

The seats in top picture look like a bag of ass.
My bestop seats are only three months old, daily driven, and so far they are looking good. For a reference point they are a bit firmer than a jk seat if you’ve sat in a jk lately. Maybe Jerry can reference how firm or soft his seats were. Im hopefully not going to see my bestop seats fall apart like his.
PRP has declined to post my review on their site. I bought the Enduro Highback Recliner. Here are my comments:
I’ll try to be objective with this review.
I do like the seats compared to the Corbeau race seats that were in it. I wanted a comfortable daily driver seat instead of the rigid bucket of a race seat. These are those. I was happy that I could pick the colors and options for the seats.
Now that they’re in I wish I could have done a test fit or something: they’re quite a bit wider than I thought so the driver seat pretty much blocks the cup holders and the passenger seat makes it so you have to grab the e-brake handle with your hand backward in order to pull it up.
The colors are right and they do have the heaters and lumbar supports I ordered. They do look good in the jeep. That’s where the satisfaction part of my review ends.
The seats took a full month longer than expected to arrive then, after the shop had my old seats out and started to put the new ones in they realized that both seats had two seams that weren’t done right and had already split several inches up. The shop called PRP and they were responsive. They said they would bring them back on “emergency repair” or something that made it sound like it would be fast. It wasn’t. It was another 7 weeks and another shipping charge.
The shop got them put in and were able to adapt my switch-pro panel to control the heaters (nice). That’s when we noticed that neither of the seats had the rear pockets I ordered. They called PRP again and refunded some of the money for that and “half the shipping”. This afternoon I looked through my order form and confirmed I had ordered the front pockets too. They’re not there either.
I was really looking forward to the lumbar support, and if you need lumbar support, do order it. But it’s really low-quality. It feels like just a squishy balloon in there and when you move the air will squeeze from one side to the other and stay there. So now you have a big balloon on one side and nothing on the other until you wiggle around just right & get it equalized. The inflator for it takes up one of the cup holders, but that doesn’t really matter since it’s no longer useable anyway. Gonna have to figure out something different for a cup holder.
Overall: it’s more comfortable than the seats I had and looks good. But they’re nowhere near my expectations
What year is your Tj? Weird that you're having those issues with the cup holder and e-brake, I have the Enduro Elites which are the same width as your enduro highbacks and I don't have issues with cup holders or e-brake.
Pretty lame about them charging you shipping for their mistakes though. They should have took the hit and made you whole for the f up on their end and then confirmed that everything was is on the order. I'd be pretty upset spending 2k+? on seats for it to not be done correctly.
I had read elsewhere about the lumbar being pretty flimsy so I decided against it but I do think that it is needed on the enduro elites specifically that's my opinion so i'll see how I got about handling that.
I finally got to sit in the daily driver seats, they’re ridiculously comfortable (at least for my shape). They’re now on my list for replacements whenever I get around to that.
I didn’t have any serious fitment issues. Other than the reclining lever hitting the door cubby if I slide the seat forward, they fit well. I can accept that the seat back touches the roll bar padding, because the seat still reclines. The other side also touches the console lid, but I can still open it.
@johmbie Did you happen to order extra wide seats? It could also be that the seat mounts need to be adjusted. I used a thin wall socket to mount the adapters as far as possible from the center console. Another option would be to switch the driver and passenger adapters.

no, I just double checked my order form and the extra wide box isn't checked... now I wonder if I should measure and see if they did it anyway. They got so much else wrong it wouldn't surprise me if they got that part wrong too.
It's an '04 Rubicon. I'm going to measure & see if they built them as extra wide.
