Quarantine accomplishments

Had a local rancher home sawmill them up for me from standing dead Doug Fir.

Do you have pictures of the tailgate skin and valence? How did they line up for you?

So far during quarantine:

• Complete cooling system redo: radiator, pump, fan clutch, rad hoses, heater hoses, t stat
• serpentine tensioner replacement
• all fluids changed
• regear to 5.38
• install F/R Savvy bumpers
• install tailgate skin and valance
• replace upper rear shock bolts with proper hardware

Still on the list:

• Replace ignition switch, actuator pin, and lock cylinder
• Install speedo healer to correct for 5.38s
• Re-plumb OBA
• Rebuild old Warn M8000 (new motor, cleanup, re-grease, replace worn components, replace solenoid pack with waterproof Albright contactor)
• Install RGA shafts (front axle)
• replace 2 MTRs on "wheeling tires" set
• install DCG stock like switches for OBA compressor and front stock rubi locker (removing the rear wiper and rear wiper fluid switches as I dont have a hard top)

That really sucks, I put my top down for the summer this weekend, still need a jacket in the mornings, but that's Georgia weather.

Made decent progress over the last few weeks, roof is pretty much done, time to move on to the railings.

I’m very accomplished at buying tools and parts for the Jeep but I am yet to install anything. Hard to get motivated when I can’t go wheel it.

Got the Savvy MUA installed, 5 trees for the yard planted, repaint of outdoor furniture, repaint of front and rear bumpers on an XJ, headliner for XJ, prep of a new Warn bumper for the TJ, busted my ass on my MTB, went wheelin once and overheated because the fan shroud was hitting the fan and did a trail fix, plus a lot more.

Found a YouTube video on preventative maintenance for the Oster 76 clipper and metal guards, and did just that.

Still sitting on my butt with the wiring for my Jeep. I don’t know why it seems so daunting to me.

but the snow has melted Which
Means I’ve been getting the camper prepped for the first trip of the season next weekend.
