I have a 1999 Jeep Tj and a buddy of mine offered to give me some 215/60R/16 studded tires off his 2007 ford Taurus. Can someone tell me if they would fit on my Tj ?

Doubtful the wheels would fit. My searching is showing the Taurus bolt pattern to be 5x4.25 while the TJ is 5x4.5. Even if the pattern was right the Taurus probably runs a wheel offset that would translate to way too much backspacing.
Do these tires come mounted on wheels? If so, what is the bolt pattern on the wheels? Does that bolt pattern match your TJ bolt pattern? Is the backspacing of these wheels appropriate for the TJ?
If these tires do not come mounted on wheels, then you need to acquire wheels that fit the tires and will bolt onto the TJ.
FWiW, these snow tires are 26" tires. The smallest tires that ever came on a TJ was a 27".
