I have a 99 Sport and recently the wiper fluid pump stopped working. Here's what I have done so far:

1. Pump works - when testing it manually.
2. Not the fuse - The wipers work and since the wiper and pump are on the same fuse.

So the only thing I think is left is the actual switch for the pump. I saw this video and the job seems really easy.
Could someone verify that the switch is actually located in the wiper control arm?

Thanks

Yes, your ‘99 has it incorporated into the stalk on the right of the column…

I’ve always had pretty good luck with rockauto.com. Easy returns if you get a bad product and the prices are competitive.

Similar vintage Dodge Neon or Jeep Cherokee at the pull-a-part would be your cheapest option, albeit used. Rockauto is usually the cheapest option for new…

As a bonus, if your Jeep doesn’t have delay wipers all you have to do is get a delay wiper stalk and it will go right in place…

Before you go replacing the switch assembly, I would do some basic circuit testing.
At the washer pump connector verify you have 12 volts at terminal A (brown wire) when actuating the pump.
Using a DMM check resistance to ground @ teminal B (black wire)
