Went to the local "Warbird" museum. VERY cool place.
First up, a Ford:
Then this half track - didn't get a particularly good pix of it, but everyone wanted to drive it:
Then there's this C47 Skytrain:
Couldn't get closer to it than this as it is currently in their restoration/conservation hanger, and the paint smell would bowl over a bull cow at 100 yards! This particular aircraft, "Tico Belle", participated in D-day, relief of Bastogne during the battle of the bulge, and operation Market Garden. I was surprised at the latter, I didn't know the US participated in Market Garden, had an interesting yak with the docent about it. This aircraft also participated in the Berlin airlift and is still fully operational today! They fly it at least 3X/month.

I actually work on my Jeep instead of sitting in front of my computer.
I have a job, in my job I get to read the news and post on the internet.
My job is retired overpaid bum... But I don't sit in front of a computer all the time...
Washington's own Stonehenge replica located on a bluff overlooking the Columbia River. This monument to WWI soldiers is now part of the Maryhill Museum of Art which also includes monuments to the soldiers of Klickitat County who died in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam.
