That brings back some good memory's. My grandmother gave me my grandfather's can of carbide for 4th of July. A coffee can, with plastic lid and a nail hole in the end, worked as a hand held mortar.

Made up and ready to go! First time EVER with self-applied false eyelashes! Only took 24 years!
My hipscarf decided to come off mid-performance, despite being pinned on. I just dealt with it until a part came where I could discreetly unpin the other side and get rid of it.
Bonus points if you can ID the guy on TV behind me...
