I think it may have been the beer bottles and cans that helped out.
No no no...the problem was the vehicle that he was driving. Tires had nothing to do with that.
Wow - just wow..... wife took pix as I was driving but you get the gist. My head is blurry because I was shaking it in disappointment.

Snow?! I've seen that on TV but not here on the Texas Gulf Coast! Nice clue why this guy had that or what he'd do with it. Have never seen it around either.
