That's a clean jeep , check your pre cat bolts, that's a pretty loud knock /rattle , not sure what's going on there .
The NV3550 is a very loud transmission. When my transmission gets warmed up on a hot day, I can really hear it when sitting in neutral.
Does your transmission make noise when in gear or only when in neutral?
AndyG: My 02 Jeep Wrangler is rattling underneath in neutral when hot. Push clutch in it stops. I just had the clutch changed out. Transmission fluid is good. Will this Lucas Oil Stabalizer help me out? TY....BrianIt's very common you can add a little bit of Lucas oil stabilizer and put a stop to it.
The nv3550 transmission maybe more prone to it my 03 did it until I changed transmission fluid.
Nothing bad is going on.

The AX-15 has the exact same problem, my '97 TJ had the same rattle/noise from the time I drove it home brand-new from the dealership. Others assured me it was normal and that nothing was wrong. As mentioned earlier the NV3550 are known to have noisy input shaft bearings and depressing the clutch stops the shaft from spinning and stops the noise.

Mine did it too at first, fresh fluid fixed it - seemed I tried Lucas and it helped too. 4-5 oz.
I can confirm the same here.. I had the same chatter at warm idle that went away when the clutch was depressed. Fresh fluid (based on recommendations here) and chatter is no more...
All secure here in Sector Seven. Carry on...
