So I've been building out this TJ 44 front axle. Got these RCV 30 spline axle shafts and i noticed some rubbing on the knuckle (teraflex knuckles) where the wheel bearing bolts go and on the passenger side lower C as seen in the picture. now the knuckle i can maybe shave just a bit off the edges and get it to clear. my concern is on the C.. does this show that my axle tube is bent? or am i missing something here. thanks in advance.

Left side is not Tera, it is a 100% bone stock knuckle. Right side shows the knuckle is sitting low on the lower ball joint. I don't see the clearance work RCV has you do to clear the bosses for the unit bearing bolts. Did you do that so the jig fits in there correctly?

Also, if you throw those axle tube seals in the trash where they belong, then you'll be able to tell if the axle shaft is sitting high or low in the tube.
