I have a Dirtworx rear bumper with the built in receiver hitch on my 04 Rubicon and want to strengthen the mount. Frame tie ins? Does any company make a part or is this a DIY? Pictures of what some one has installed would be great. Thanks in advance.

That picture doesn't show grade 8 hardware, strange! I might stay away from those or replace the hardware with grade 8 stuff.
I can't remember if I had to replace the hardware with grade 8 or not honestly. At any rate what's under there now is zinc plated grade 8.
I would assume they would use grade 8 stuff, just that picture showed the weak stuff.
I have them on my 05 LJ to attach the bumper I built and better tie the rear cross member into the frame, one thing to keep in mind, anti-seize is your friend, I have snapped off two bolts trying to get my rear bumper off for one thing or another. The bolts that go through the frame are a pain if you want to get them off and did not use anti-seize on them. YMMV

Hey there GL - love this bumper - I see there are two additional brackets in the center-ish of the bumper that you bolted to the large holes the TJ has on it's OEM bumper plate. Obviously this makes it much stronger. Did you custom-fab those? Or can you tell me what model bumper this is (with a link of where you got it???) ??
