Here is the requested information on my shelf. I had a previous one that was not full length and when I rolled the Jeep it did not prevent the tools and equipment from becoming mobile, Bad, Very bad, No one was hurt. In one of my other threads I was told that rolling a TJ only happened if you did something stupid. I said out loud He has no idea of the stupid he is dealing with! 
I was looking at using Alum Diamond Plate but after much discussing I went with ~1/2 plywood.
