I've searched all over and couldn't find anyone else with a similar issue. I was trying to remove my rear sway bar links and the driver's upper bolt sheared of at the flag nut inside the frame mount. Kroil was applied to the bolts prior to removal.
I am unable to remove the flag nut since the end of the bolt is in the frame opening. The fuel lines are an inch above the mount so torch and heat are out of the question.
Any advice for removal? I could only think of drilling it out, but the area is tight and I am concerned about enlarging the frame hole. It is difficult to drill at 90* angle due the location and surroundings. I was hoping someone had a trick to remove this.
Thanks
