Installed 3.5” lift. Installed the rear track bar relocation bracket on the axle. On the frame side, am able to get the bolt started in from one side of the bracket into the track bar but the bushing is about half the diameter off from aligning with the bolt hole on the other side of the bracket. Not much room to get a spud bar or drift pin in there to move anything. Large Phillips head screw driver can go through but can’t move anything to hold long enough to bet the bolt through. Can even get a ¼” socket extension all the way through, but again can’t get things to move enough or hold long enough. To get the bolt all the way through. This is the last piece to finishing up this lift kit and getting back on the road.

This would be the way to do it. I used a pipe wrench with a breaker bar to twist the track bar around enough to get the bolt through - not recommended in retrospect, but I got it done.

I would install the frame side first then drop the axle below the tank and use a strap to pull it over if needed. I think you may have more room this way.
No axle straps are ever needed for moving axles/track bars into position, unless you're in a wheelchair or are over 80.
