rear track bar question

i have got rid of my front relocation/drop down bracket, replaced drop pitman with oem pitman. installed new front adjustable track bar. my question is i have a relocation bracket on my rear track bar.. can i get rid of this and use original mount with adjustable rear track bar. i have 4 inch susp lift

That's all I was using for a while.. I eventually got the Currie angled bracket because it was too close to my gas tank when I adjusted my pinion angle

If your rear driveshaft is an aftermarket CV I'd keep the rear bracket if it's angled which counteracts the raised pinion angle. The angled mount for a CV driveshaft also gives more room between the track bar & its mounting bracket and the gas tank.

Also, the dropped pitman/mount saga doesnt play in on the rear, there is no adverse affect on handling with different mounts typically, just improved clearance.

There is a lot going on under a TJ , its sort of an amazing suspension concept to me.

thanks guys. i only asked because my bracket is loose. i plan on getting aftermarket cv driveshaft sometime so i will keep the bracket. probably good thing because looks like my original mount is wallowed out. your right andy amazing concept, crazy all the little things going on.

I am soon going to be lifting mine 2.5 with OME lift. Do I need a relocation bracket if I am going to be installing an adjustable rear track bar?

If you aren't raising the pinion & installing an SYE you should be fine without the relocation bracket.
