Rear wiper not working

Have power to the fuse and coming out the back of the fuse box but not to wiper switch of rear at all what could it be? 03 tj
 
When mine stopped working, it ended up being the switch itself.
I would check to see if you are getting power at the motor first.
Pull the connector off the motor. There are three wires in the plug. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but, the Center one is ground, one of the other two (can't remember which) is constant 12v, the last one is only hot when the switch is engaged.
Turn ignition to on, Take your tester and put the black lead in the center and touch the red one to each one of the other wires, one at a time.
Once you figure out which one is hot (12v) all the time, turn the switch to the on position and test the remaining wire. If you do not have 12v then, you have a bad switch. At least that's how I checked mine.

It is the switch thanks took it a part was broken to pieces got it to spray now and turn sometimes no auto store has one around me till Friday so gotta wait thanks for the help
