You do need some cam bearings, and 24lbs injectors, so $1900 is realistic. Balancing the rotating assembly is a good idea. And either way you should have the block decked so the pistons are flush and use a 0.044 MLS head gasket. This reduces the risk of detonation in 4.0 or 4.6L builds
This 4.6L with 24lbs injectors formula will run on the stock pcm with no tuning, but you may benefit a few hp from some fine adjustment in timing and the open loop fuel base map.
