Replacement bump stops

Im going to 2 to 2 1/2 inch lift
Thinking rockjock rather than OME for the softer ride
Rancho rx5000x shocks

So is there any issues in replacing the worn out bump stops on sizes or brand mfg that I purchasr

Just use hockey pucks. That's always been the easiest and cheapest solution I'm aware of.

Currie makes a bump stop kit that retains the springs. That's useful if you over articulate and your shocks don't limit travel enough.

What size hole do you drill in the hockey puck?
Do you countersink the hole and use a flat washer?
Grade 8 bolt?

You don’t need Grade 8 or equivalent. Grade 5 is fine.

If you countersink you need a washer as a base to keep the head of the bolt from burying itself in the puck.

I don’t know the correct size but think 3/8”-7/16”would be good.
