Reverse electrical problem

When I engage reverse in my automatic transmission and hit the gas it kills the engine and 50% of the time blows a fuse. If I ease into the throttle I can get turned around fine. Has anyone experienced this.

What trans, which fuse is being blown? I'm going to guess the fuel pump fuse?
