I have a rough country adjustable track bar from prior the prior owner. The joint that connects to the pitman arm(?) is a little loose and I think that is causing my Jeep to wander about. I do not have bump steer but it wanders like it's being pushed by the wind when driving on what's essentially a runway (flat, high quality pavement). I do not have death wobble or anything close to that. It's more like operating a boat with both lateral and up/down movement.

That joint has a little bit of play and I've read that I can replace that joint with something over the counter versus replacing the entire track bar. What joint do I need to use? Or would this not even fix my issue?

I guess a loose track bar could cause lateral movement as you described... but it could also be other things. How are your sway bar links? When mine broke... my added swaying had me all over the road.

You might have to contact Rough Country for the part... i looked at the instructions but no info.
