The cross pin has a flat side. Can someone tell me which direction the flat side should face? Toward the locker bladder, the direction the gear teeth face, or the other way?

Thanks. I found that diagram too. I think it shows that the flat side faces the flat side of the ring gear. But I wanted to confirm with anyone that might have taken theirs apart before.
Neither of those drawings show Rubicon's cross-pin orientation or how it is assembled, that's what he needs and what I unsuccessfully searched for earlier. I know @mrblaine has had the Rubicon locker apart many times, he probably knows.

I’m looking at the cross pin that goes through the carrier and two of the spider gears. The pin has a flat side machined into it. The flat side either faces the flat side or the teeth side of the ring gear. I didn’t pay attention when I removed it.
