Rusted frame

Sorry if these threads are circlejerk, but my frame is rusted, cancer started from the very end near rear bumper. As a non us car country its impossible for me to find another wrangler frame. So my question is which car brand frame is the closest by its design to oem jeep? Even if its longer wheelbase? With all this covid lockdowns i have to save money not spend it on buying newer car. Any ideas with toyota frame?

That I know of... there isn't much that will cross over between vehicle manufacturers.
There are numerous online manufacturers of replacement frame sections for the Jeep Wrangler; you just need to do a search.

They dont ship to my country, i used mailforwarding before lockdown. 1 kilo costs 15-20$. Thqt will make shipping cost more than its own cost. I like this motobilt replacement front and rear half frames but shipping is the problem

The reason i found out the rust so late is - it was inside the frame. The surface has no signs at all. Out of interest I played my finger near gastank frame hole, i can pull out big chunks of completely rusted metal parts through that hole.

I'm not sure why you think that frame needs to be replaced, it doesn't look too bad. Are there any holes in the frame, or are you able to jam a screw driver or hammer through it? I'd make a frame pummler & get it in there, turn those chips to dust then flush them out, drill some holes for drainage too.

Build one of these, about ten bucks worth of parts. It's a bit of a pain in the ass but you can really clean out the interior of the frame with it. Grab an endoscope too so you can look at your progress. After you get all the rust out you can treat it if you want, either internal frame paint or fluid film, opinions vary on the effectiveness of any/all of these however.

After every salt drive i wash the frame but, last time putted my fingers inside i collected almost 2-3 kilo plastic bag volume of rust.
I am worried somewhere hidden place is rusting out, that i cant note with bare eyes

I wouldn't scrap that frame just yet. Inspect it and Clean it out as @Westtown Willy says and go from there.

Don't give up on that frame yet! Mine was just the same, looked perfect on the outside but lost of rust on the inside. Make the frame pummeler as suggested by Westtown Willy, feed it in through all the factory holes in the frame and let it pound the rust in there to bits. Do a thorough job o cleaning out all the trash. Drill a 1/2 hole in the bottom of the frame at the front and back where the center flat sections of frame transitions to the arches that allow the axle to fit. I flush my frame out occasionally to get rid of any build-up of trash. Salt is a bitch, you just have to do the best you can at keeping it clean. Good luck with it.

That is still a solid frame.
Just clean the inside thoroughly.
I recommend POR-15 coat for the outside.

Certainly not time to replace that frame. Go on youtube and search "jeep frame repair". Then you'll understand how good your frame looks. Now is the time to treat that frame so it doesn't end up needing major surgery
