The savvy skid installs never get old!

American Iron ball joint deletes have been a foreign idea to me. After putting the third set of synergy joints in my 00, the knuckle is hogged out to the point the knurled joints practically drop in , it's time for something new. Due to the amount of ball joints I do weekly, Ive used everything else on the market.

This rig is a daily driver that often gets used as a loaner and takes a massive amount of abuse off road. It can't have any surprises or bad road manners.

I just ordered the new design Savvy GTS a few days ago. Looking forward to getting mine installed as well...

I’ve been eyeing the ball joint delete kit. Looking forward to more feedback on how they work out for people...

Makes me a bit nervous because of the amount of people that drive this jeep. We'll give it a good beat down in the next several weeks and it'll be used as a JJUSA trail guide rig @Tsf jamboree.

I didn't realize Savvy changed up their GTS design?

no issues so far. not only is it a daily driver, it gets pounded on off road, it was at the Tillamook jeep jamboree and has been run hard on the oregon dunes running whoops.

two other sets have also been installed. one set was used to fix a Dana 44 rubicon knuckle that was hogged out and would not hold a ball joint at all. I found they do not fit RCV shafts unless you grind off the entire nyloc portion of the thin nut and a little more, which I'm not willing to do....

Wow, good to hear. 37s on whoops is definitely a good way to test balljoints.

Going on a year with american iron ball joint deletes. 16000 ish miles. Still no movement. Had a pretty good shimmy when the wheels were packed full of snow and mud.

They are getting used hard. Ripped off the stock track bar frame mount with a rough country forged bar with mook k7252 bushings. The frame end was replased with a 07-22 jk/jl frame end uniball pressed in the rc bar.

3 busted 30 spline cromos to one r&p with 37's

The ball joint deletes were removed in September 22. The jeep developed a bad case of DW again. Both ball joints were sloppy. Due to the cost of the rebuild kits, I installed a $180 set of yukon/apex yspbj001-hdk2 joints, which is what I've been using on customer rigs for the last 3 years without a single failure to date. No rave review on bje's from me. I just today swapped out another set of bje's I put in a jk using apex. They look cool is all I have to say about them at this point. In order for me to willing put them back in something of mine, the parts will have to be free.


The savvy skid is kinda bent up...
