Here’s an update to this: the warranty DOES cover the O2 sensor readiness monitor issue. I took it in to the dealership and mentioned the bulletin, and they took it right in and fixed it for free. And then I proceeded to pass smog with flying colors

Hey Pullski. So I am getting these codes.. P 0031, P 0037, P 0051, P 0057 - is this bulletin to fix these issues?

The TSB will not address this.

You can check and clean the ground on the passenger side of the engine but most likely the heater circuit inside the PCM has failed. When these 4 codes set at once, that tends to be the issue.

Has anyone had this done or did it themselves and were you successful ?

Yes as a Smog Technician/mechanic. I have done it several times on the Jeep Wrangler of those year models. 4 cyl 2.5l and 6 cyl 4.0l engines.
