I literally searched for a house with a north facing garage. My wife was like wtf
I ordered my shifter a few weeks ago. I immediately received a confirmation email. Three days later I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking #.
A few days later it was on my doorstep. My only complaint is that I have yet to receive the ever elusive "Savvy" sticker in any of my orders.
FWIW.... I did have a Novak shifter in my previous tj with a rubi case. I do feel that the Savvy shifter is a better design for a couple of reasons. The cable itself is much more flexible than the one Novak uses, and I didn't have to spend time modifying the brackets to have the cable line up correctly. Just my .02

I didn’t get a sticker either. I was thinking to order a Novak to do a comparison video. Maybe I’d get one of their stickers
I'd settle for an east facing garage. Mine faces WEST. That damn Florida sun just GLARES around 4 O'Clock.
I emailed Savvy Sunday, got an invoice today and the item shipped (also today). Best customer service in a while, regardless of the vendor. Gerald will save me a good bit of time during an auto swap.
Better than Vivid Racing which is ok, but not as prompt and doesn’t read emails they request responses too.
