Should I paint the upper portion of my full door?

I was considering doing the same and will most likely use plastidip so I can remove it if I don’t like it or if I sell it and the next owner doesn’t like it.

In considering doing so I also came across these:

I like the look of an LJ with half doors, as I feel like it is a nice extension of the black top color when viewing an LJ photo thread I first saw this and inspired me to either do the plastidip mentioned above or using the vynl linked to above/shown in this photo

Ok, I finally found the guys TJ in an old thread. Here it is. I'm just interested in painting the portion on the top of the door black, to match the hardtop. But want your thoughts.


I think that looks really cool, but just the top portion. Not the bottom. .

I'm thinking that the red window frame (at least up the the windshield) and the red border around the handle both need to be black.

You could also look at a vinyl wrap if you don't do much trail riding. Easy to pull off if it doesn't look good.
