I’d like to share another option for A-pillar light brackets made by @Fluxor, a fellow forum member. It is the only aluminum option for these that I’m aware of.

Here it is with a Hella Black Magic pod:

I like that these don’t add any more clutter than is absolutely necessary. Clean and simple.

Would you mind snapping a picture of the entire front of the Jeep? I have gown tired of the look of A pillar lights and removed the ones that were in my profile pic, but this might be small enough that I don't mind them.

Thanks.. Need to move my antenna and that could be an option. You used the JL specific bracket or a similar TJ specitfic ?

I got the JL specific one, and had to trim the tab that goes in between the two body panels.

Please share your wire routing technique, this is as clean as any that I have seen.

Thanks! I don’t feel like removing the cowl right now, but it’s a simple process. It could be done cleaner than I did it.

Make a small hole on both edges of the cowl.

Wires run from sides of the cowl to a center point of your choosing (shown by red arrow). Drill hole in firewall.

(Be careful of the wiper motor swing arc when running wires under cowl.)

Wires run into the Bulletpoint switch panel.

I’m putting in a wiring loom to clean things up as well. Otherwise I’m happy with it.

Are those readily available?

Depends on how you define readily available. Amazon and McMaster are fast enough for me. Oh, maybe you mean during a TEOTWAWKI situation where you had to loot a Lowes or Home Depot to fix your light bracket, then I would say no, not readily available 😢

Looks like they indeed are available on McMaster. They weren’t when I was looking last year. I take back my statement!

I am going to admit, I've always hated the looks of A-pillar mounted lights, even if they are a very practical/utilitarian place to mount lights. I don't hate these. I may even grow to like them.
